Return Policy

Alexander Jewelers would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the item within 3 days from the purchase date (online orders only). Please contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) for the item to be returned. The RA number must be visible on the outside of the package before the shipment is accepted. You will only pay for the return shipping and insurance fees. The product(s) being returned must be in the original state they were received. All returns must include original packaging (gift box, certificates, watch papers,etc) and any paperwork that was included in the shipment. Special orders may not be cancelled or returned. Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for return or any item that has been abused, worn or showing signs of wear. Examples include: adjustments, sizing, engraving, etc. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are made to the original purchaser and in the exact method of original payment. Once we receive the return, our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate the product. Once passed, your refund will be processed and you should receive your credit within a few days.

In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Alexander Jewelers states that total carat weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing process. For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. At Alexander Jewelers, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.
